Banango Lit

Banango is a literary blog that talks about exciting literature. We like to read stuff. We are also Banango Street, a literary journal. You can email us at banangolit (at) gmail (dot) com if you would like to send us stuff to look at, or you can send a link in our Ask box. We will try to look at it but we have learned to avoid making too many promises.

Also, email us if you feel like you would like to be a contributor for Banango. We would like that also.

2012 New Year’s Resolutions

Here is a list of my New Year’s Resolutions:

Get into an MFA program. Feel like there is a good chance this happens due to the large amount of programs I applied to.

Be published by the following journals:

  • Metazen
  • PANK
  • At least 3 journals run out of a university.
  • A journal that is based in New York City.
  • Red Lightbulbs
  • Numerous other places that are small and less difficult to get in to.

Be mentioned in a both a positive and a negative way on a blog that was a medium to large size audience.

Finish working on ‘Albatross’ project. Make ‘Albatross’ ebook. Pursue publication of ebook at Pangur Ban Party.

Complete manuscript for a chapbook by the final quarter of the year.
